No More Kaboom !
Severe engine damage and explosion can occur if an engine is
starved for fuel, especially at full throttle. This is a
common problem when the fuel shutoff valve becomes partially
closed due to vibration, especially tire shake. Solution: A
Over-center Bracket. This bracket setup will hold the
shutoff valve positively in the ON position until it is
turned off manually. If partial closure of the shutoff valve
is required during warm up, simply remove the spring from
the bracket and run as necessary. Machined from billet
aluminum and consist of the billet arm, Stainless Steel
spring and mounting hardware. This assembly is designed to
work on both the AN6 and AN8 Enderle fuel shutoff valves.
